Scott,
Thank you for the help on my sled.  As you remember, I have a 1998 Jag 440 DLX that kept darting on the trail.  I am over 60 years old and do not need that kind of performance from my sled.
 
After talking with you and doing some experimenting, I have found that the solution was the following:
1) Place shims at the rear of the skis
2) Install a set of 7/16" wear rods with 3/8" Ski Savers (B09)
 
This seems to do the trick.  I can now ride the trails and enjoy the ride and not fight the sled. Once again, thank you. I appreciate your help.
